Refunds and Returns
We accept the return of any item(s) purchased from Baby Loves within 28 days of purchase, for a full refund of the returned item(s).
Please send your returned item(s) to the following address after submitting an email to stating the reason for the return.

Please note that all postage and delivery costs are at the buyers expense. Please ensure that you retain proof of postage. Baby Loves will not be liable for any items returned to with that fail deliverym and do not have proof of postage.
No refunds will be issued until the item(s) have been received by us.
Once your item(s) have been returned to us a refund will be issued. The refund can take up to 7 working days to be issued.
In order for us to refund your order, the return must be clearly labelled inside the pacel with the order number and delivery name. Without this we cannot identify who the refund is from.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
On the rare occasion that an item is delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, please ensure you sign for the item as damaged with the delivery driver. Please then email us, stating your order number, your name and images of an damage to the item and an explanation of the fault.
Any delivery that is received damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt so we are able to rectify any problems. Any faulty items must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery.
